These CTs are used to measure combined result of more than one feeder on one meter.Input by 2 to 4 primary winding & output by one winding of 5A or 1A.5+5+5/5A, 1A etc

These are available in internal diameters from 25mm to 400mm & rectangular shapes as per customer requirements. The ratios available are 25A/5mA,1kohm,5V 25A/1A or as required & any diameter

50A,100A,200A/5A or 1A.These are available in any combinations as per requirement.

Effort has been made to develope compact & light weight CT as required in electronics control circuits. These CTs are available in different dimensions & range of primary/secondery currents.Primary current ranges from 5A to 1,000A & secondery current range from 5mA,10mA,30mA,100mA, 0.33A.etc These are available in wire termination/PCB/screw mountable types. Normally in electronic control applications,the secondery current is converted into voltage signal by terminating with suitable resistance to get 1V,5V,10V etc.
The absolute value of secondery current becomes less importantant. ie one can chose 5mA/30mA secondery current instead of 100mA,350mA etc.This way CT becomes compact One can chose from available combination of primary current, voltage across secondary resistor, overall dimensional limitations & center hole diameter to suit primary conductor. It is advisable to put primary turns,when primary current is 5Amps & lower for better results. We are happy to develop CT suitable for requirement not covered in our available range.

This type of CTs are useful when opening of primary conductor is very difficult or impossible.One side of core can be opened by removing bolts.After inserting primary conductor/busbar inside CT,the removed side of CT core can be fixed in original position. Further connection of CT is like any other normal CT. Down time of furnace,sugarmill big installation can be reduced drastically.
